Sterling Organization Sells Market at Opitz Crossing for $29.3 Million

Klein Enterprises, a commercial real estate development, management and investment firm headquartered in Baltimore, has acquired the Market at Opitz Crossing in Woodbridge, VA from McLean, VA-based Sterling Organization for $29.25 million, or about $185 per square foot.
