TIAA-CREF Completes Sale of Nine-Story Office Property

Rockpoint Group, a real estate private equity firm based out of Boston, bought the nine-story Shenandoah Building located in the Tysons Corner area of northern Virginia from TIAA-CREF Investment Management for $55.25 million, or about $280 per square foot.
