New York City-based Tristar Capital made its first foray into Silicon Valley with the acquisition of the Crossroads Courtyard Center at 410-430 N. Mary Ave. in Sunnyvale, CA from Rockwood Capital for $290.7 million, or approximately $822 per square foot.
