Manchester Capital Managements Sells 634 2nd St. for $40 Million

New York City-based global real estate firm and former Phelan Building owner Thor Equities has expanded its holdings in San Francisco after closing a deal with Manchester Capital Management to acquire the 47,136-square-foot, three-story office building at 634 2nd St. for $40 million, or approximately $849 per square foot.
