Almost a year after the first phase of American Dream, a much-anticipated $5 billion entertainment-and-shopping development, debuted in New Jersey with a huge indoor Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and a large ice rink, a new test looms in a changed world. But the project’s co-CEO, Don Ghermezian, says the center is up to the challenge.
