Phoenix REIT Secures $43.8 Million in Financing to Acquire McGowin Park

Cole Credit Property Trust IV, a publicly registered, non-listed real estate investment trust that specializes in the acquisition of retail real estate assets, finalized a deal with center developer The Hutton Co. to acquire McGowin Plaza in Mobile, AL for $77.75 million, or approximately $193 per square foot.
