Seller of custom interiors buys Palm Desert industrial condo

Dosooz, which sells wall panels and other design elements for homes and commercial spaces, has bought a bigger home of its own in Palm Desert, California: It purchased the 26,868-square-foot industrial manufacturing condominium at 34420-34450 Gateway Drive, next door to its own facility at 34360-34390, so that it can expand. The price was $5 million, or $186.09 per square foot, and the seller was the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association.
