Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors (AKREA) has made its debut in Maryland with the acquisition of a portfolio of office and industrial properties located in the Baltimore MSA from First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE: FPO) and AEW Capital Management for $59.5 million, or approximately $139 per square foot.
