Crocker Ptnrs Recaps One Financial Plaza with Walton Street Capital

JV Trades 28-Story Fort Lauderdale Bldg for $86.8M

Crocker Partners LLC has recapitalized the One Financial Plaza office building at 100 SE 3rd Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, FL with its previous joint-venture partnership with Five Mile Capital Partners LLC trading the asset for $86.75 million, or about $291 per square foot, to a newly-formed partnership between Crocker and Walton Street Capital LLC.
