In one of the largest industrial lease transactions in the region this year, Farren International, a New Jersey-based provider of warehousing, logistics, transportation, rigging and crane services that has operated since 1959, has signed for 275,000 square feet of industrial space at 75 Aircraft Road in Southington, Connecticut.
