Nobu Hospitality, the luxury restaurant and hotel brand founded by celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award winner Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, has selected Mercer St. in Toronto's entertainment district for the site of Nobu Toronto, a first-of-its kind project that will integrate Nobu residences, a hotel and the renowned Nobu restaurant.
