Third Palm Capital Sells Vacant Bldg on Coast Highway

In an off market transaction Mark Moshayedi with MX3 Ventures LLC purchased the foot office building at 2244 W. Coast Hwy in Newport Beach, CA from Third Palm Capital for $8 million, or about $454 per square foot.
