San Diego Contractor Groups Seek Jobs Boost for Black Workers

Two contractor groups in San Diego signed an agreement calling for enhanced apprenticeship and training programs that could help increase employment of black workers in the local construction industry, at a time of nationwide protests and discussion about racial justice and economic opportunity.
