San Francisco Landlord Groups Sue to Block City's Eviction Moratorium

Landlord groups are following through on their threat of legal action against San Francisco over the city's permanent eviction moratorium, the first of its kind in the United States, by filing a lawsuit intended to block the recently enacted ordinance.
