US hires, promotions: Davidson Hospitality promotes two executives

Broderick has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial optimization at Davidson Hospitality Group. He joined Davidson in 2021 as vice president, sales and revenue management for Davidson Resorts and has a 37-year successful track record as a seasoned hospitality executive.

Carr has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial optimization at Davidson Hospitality Group. Serving first as corporate director of revenue management and following a series of promotions to vice president and then senior vice president, Carr’s contributions helped to grow Pivot's portfolio from one hotel to reach critical mass.

Collins has been appointed as vice president of marketing at Davidson Hospitality Group. Joining most recently from Remington Hospitality where she served as senior director of marketing and digital strategy, Collins is well-versed in driving strategy and execution across paid media, website development, analytics, creative and market research to drive measurable results.

Kreitzer has been appointed as executive vice president of commercial strategy at Lark Hospitality. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of commercial strategy and sales at GF Hotels & Resorts, where she played a pivotal role in building and scaling integrated commercial teams and oversaw strategy for a diverse portfolio.

Marino has been appointed as vice president of information technology and hotel systems for PM Hotel Group. Most recently, Marino served as vice president, U.S. and Canada IT, for Marriott International, overseeing technology strategy, operations, and support for more than 700 managed properties and 6,000 franchised hotels.

Randorf has been promoted to senior vice president of revenue management at StepStone Hospitality. She joined StepStone in 2017, working her way up to her most recent role of vice president of revenue management in 2024.

Ansari has been appointed as general manager of the Hotel Trinity Austin, Autograph Collection in Austin, Texas. He most recently served as dual general manager of Le Méridien and AC Hotel Denver Downtown, where he led high-performing teams and delivered consistent operational excellence across two distinct lifestyle brands.

Gorsia has been appointed as general manager of the Thompson Central Park New York in New York City. Most recently, he served as general manager of Hyatt Centric Atlanta Buckhead, where he was recognized for cultivating strong cultures, driving performance and delivering thoughtful, experience-led hospitality.

Hubert has been appointed as general manager of the Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe in Olympic Valley, California. Before joining Everline, she served as general manager of Outbound Sedona — another CoralTree managed property — responsible for launching the resort ahead of its spring 2026 debut.

Lang has been appointed as general manager of the Hotel Vin, Rogers in Rogers, Arkansas. Prior to Hotel Vin, Lang served as area general manager for the Little Rock Marriott hotel and oversaw food-and-beverage operations for Arkansas’ largest convention center.

Taylor has been appointed as general manager of The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort in Ketchum, Idaho. His career includes senior leadership roles with Canyon Equity, The Little Nell Hotel Group, Robertson Lodges, The Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel, Cavallo Point Lodge and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Burgos has been appointed as director of sales at the Kimpton Era Midtown New York in New York City. Having orchestrated and led teams across a portfolio of 16 hotels, Burgos brings a wealth of experience in driving successful sales strategies within the hospitality sector, complemented by a proven track record of driving significant occupancy growth and cultivating strong client relationships across properties.

Fox has been appointed as director of sales at the Hotel Vin, Rogers in Rogers, Arkansas. Previously, Fox led efforts at Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas and Rogers Convention Center as area director of sales and marketing, supporting major conferences, conventions and high-impact community gatherings throughout the region.

Hanvey has been appointed as director of sales and marketing for the Hotel Trinity Austin, Autograph Collection in Austin, Texas. She joined White Lodging in 2025 after successful sales leadership roles at The LINE Hotel Group, Omni Austin and Hotel Van Zandt.

Laurie has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at The Alida, Savannah, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Savannah, Georgia. She joins The Alida team having most recently served as director of sales and marketing at The Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island, where she oversaw comprehensive sales initiatives and fostered strong relationships that amplified market share.

Zasada has been appointed as director of sales, marketing and events at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Seaport in Seattle. Most recently, Zasada served as director of sales at Grand Hyatt Seattle, leading the team to a record-breaking production year positioning the hotel for both short- and long-term growth.

Bali has been appointed as executive chef of the Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection in Snowmass, Colorado. Bali joins Viewline Resort Snowmass following a distinguished career in the luxury hotel segment, including Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott.

Copeland has been appointed as director of food and beverage at Prince Waikiki in Honolulu. He spent 12 years with Hilton and a decade with Marriott Renaissance in Nashville. He's held key leadership roles at The Modern Honolulu, Turtle Bay and, most recently, director of banquets and special events at Four Seasons Hualalai.

Lofgren has been appointed as director of food and beverage at The Ellie Beach Resort, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Most recently, she served as senior food and beverage manager at the 1,000-room Tradewinds Island Grand Resort in St. Pete Beach, where she oversaw three high-volume restaurants and bars generating multimillion-dollar annual revenues.

Moore has been appointed as executive director of food and beverage and managing partner of the Shinola Hotel in Detroit. Moore brings more than two decades of experience across some of the country’s most respected hospitality groups and competitive markets.

Puntriano has been appointed as executive chef of Live Oak Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He brings more than a decade of culinary experience to Live Oak Charleston, most recently serving as executive chef at Charleston’s well-regarded modern steakhouse, Marbled & Fin.

Tadena has been appointed as executive chef of Prince Waikiki in Honolulu. He previously served as executive chef of the Hawaii Convention Center and has nearly a decade of leadership at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hawaiian Surfrider.

O'Brien has been appointed as managing director of the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas Paradise Valley in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Prior to joining Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, O’Brien held senior leadership roles with L’Auberge de Sedona and The Landing South Lake Tahoe, Aimbridge Hospitality operated resorts, where he advanced from director of finance to managing director and ultimately regional managing director.

Yoran has been appointed as managing director of the Kimpton Era Midtown New York in New York City. Yoran has refined his craft at some of the city's most notable properties, including Hyatt Union Square, ModernHaus SoHo, Margaritaville Resort Times Square, and Dream Midtown. He has been recognized for building high-performing teams and delivering sustained increases in asset value and guest satisfaction.
