Bottom Line Equipment’s acquisition of a trucking facility on 51 acres in Robstown, Texas, last year near the U.S. and Mexico border helped solidify the area's importance as a growing hub for heavy equipment and logistics.

The Louisiana-based construction equipment supplier purchased the site which includes a 118,892-square-foot specialized industrial facility at 4599 US Highway 77 in the greater Corpus Christi area. The property was marketed by Matt Cravey of Cravey Real Estate Services.

A panel of industry judges familiar with the area saluted the deal with a 2025 CoStar Impact Award as the acquisition of the year for the Corpus Christi market.

What the judges said: “This is a big facility in an area that has traditionally had oil businesses that helped carry the local economy. But with the oil business contracting, these types of large facilities have become more challenging to move," said Cliff Atnip, partner and broker with Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip Realtors. "This is a good deal for the local Robstown economy.”

They made it happen: Matt Cravey of Cravey Real Estate Services represented the seller.
