At a time when most investors are clamoring to get their hands on Denver assets, Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP) has finalized its exit from the market with the company's sale of 9127 S. Jamaica St. in Englewood, CO to Toastmasters International for $19.5 million, or approximately $183 per square foot.
