Shea Properties will kick off development on the third and final phase of its 900,000-square-foot Village Center Station project in suburban Denver after signing Charter Communications (NYSE: CHTR) to a 306,000-square-foot lease at 6370 S. Fiddlers Green Circle in Greenwood Village, CO. The single-tenant build-to-suit has been designed by Davis Partnership Architects and will break ground immediately with a completion date scheduled for early 2018.
