Los Angeles Firm Now Owns Nearly 1,000 Units in Denver Market, Plans to Acquire 2,000 Units Across Core Markets Over Next 12 Months

Gelt Inc., a Los Angeles-based regional real estate investment and asset management company that targets +100-unit multifamily properties in strategic markets across the Western U.S., picked up its second investment in greater Denver with the firm's purchase of the 400-unit Westhills Apts. in Lakewood, CO for $66 million, or about $165,000 per unit.
