BIG RED Portfolio, a joint venture comprised of international shopping center owner, operator and developer BIG Shopping Centers USA and Phoenix-based commercial real estate company RED Development, finalized its acquisition late last month of the 516,268-square-foot Summit Fair shopping center in suburban Kansas City, MO. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
