Florida-based grocery store Publix, which has been aggressively expanding throughout Charlotte and North Carolina, has signed a lease for 30,000 square feet in Uptown Charlotte. The retailer will anchor 10 Tryon, which in addition to Publix, will include 86,000 square feet of office space.
