Having already divested its office and retail assets, Minot, ND-based Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET) has now agreed to sell its entire 26-property seniors housing portfolio to affiliates of Edgewood Senior Living through six separate sales agreements across six states for $236 million, or $134,780 per unit.
