Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust 9NYSE: RPT) sold the 137,391-square-foot Livonia Plaza in Livonia, MI to Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc. for $19.8 million, or about $144 per square foot.
