Stephen Algermissen has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director, capital markets based in the firm's West Los Angeles and DTLA offices. Algermissen has specialized in the sale of urban retail assets across the western U.S., marketing investments to domestic and international individuals and institutions. Throughout his career he has closed in excess of 20 million square feet valued at more than $4.5 billion, with a focus on urban high-street retail investment and joint ventures, office assets, development projects and mixed-use assets.
