Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, MAI, FRICS, to the role of president of its Valuation & Advisory unit for the Americas. The firm also disclosed that John Busi, a 35-year veteran of the firm who was named global head of the V&A group in 2013, has left the company.
