Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT II is the new owner of networking technology company NETGEAR's headquarters building after the El Segundo, CA-based non-traded REIT reached a $44 million deal with KBS REIT II to acquire 350 E. Plumeria Dr. in San Jose, CA.
