Bayer Healthcare has acquired 86 acres of undeveloped land immediately adjacent to its East Coast headquarters (pictured) at 67 Whippany Rd. in Hanover, NJ. Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners LP sold the potential development site in March for $18.5 million, or about $216,000 per acre.
