W2 Real Estate Partners and joint venture senior housing partner Bridgewood Property Company will be developing a 206-unit resort-style senior living project, The Village at the Triangle, located in north Central Austin. Construction on this project is expected to begin in August of this year and deliver in the first half of 2018.
