Dividend Capital Fund Acquires 82,000-SF Retail Asset in Miami

An affiliate of Terranova Corporation has sold the Suniland Shopping Center at 11287-11533 S. Dixie Hwy in Miami, FL to Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund, Inc. for $66.5 million, or about $810 per square foot.
