HFF Arranges Financing for Fully Leased 10 Fawcett St.

Griffith Properties and Artemis Real Estate Partners secured a $30.39 million loan to refinance 10 Fawcett St., a 134,561-square-foot, six-story office building located within the Fresh Pond Square campus in Cambridge, MA. 10 Fawcett St sits less than one mile from the Alewife MBTA station and proximate to Route 2 and Interstate 90. A recent renovation in 2011 has secured full occupancy with key tenants such as General Services Administration, Raytheon BBN Technologies and Accion International.
