CURO BRKG, a Kentucky-based boutique commercial real estate firm that focuses on industrial, retail, office and mixed-use properties, has acquired the 27,500-square-foot shopping center in Greensburg, Indiana, from Greensburg Holdings for $2.5 million, or $90.91 per square foot.
