A joint venture between Greenfield Partners in Westport, CT, and Crocker Partners in Boca Raton, acquired the 287,000-square-foot Northbridge Centre from Gaedeke Group, which had owned the building for the past 20 years. The purchase price was $68.24 million or about $237 per square foot.
