FGS Global, a communications and public affairs consultancy firm owned by private equity giant KKR after an acquisition last year, is relocating its New York headquarters across town to Vornado Realty Trust’s overhauled Penn 2 tower above the Penn Station transit hub. The move brings FGS within about two blocks of its new parent company.
