Oxford Properties Group, the global real estate investor and asset manager owned by the Canadian defined benefit pension plan for Ontario, Canada's municipal employees, announced the $125 million purchase and long-term leaseback of a 120,000-square-foot biomanufacturing facility nearing completion in the Boston life sciences submarket of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
