Baceline Investments, a Denver-based boutique real estate investment firm, expanded its value add/opportunistic portfolio with the purchase of the 67,213-square-foot shopping center at 220 Gadsen Way in Birmingham, AL, for $4.4 million, or approximately $69 per square foot.
