Morlin Asset Mgmt Sells 115,000 SF in Pasadena

Meridian Property Company, an affiliate of the Marcus & Millichap, acquired the two-building Cotton Medical Center in Pasadena, CA from Morlin Asset Management and a private investor for $37.5 million, or about $325 per square foot.
