Tryad Acquires Former Elks Lodge in LIC, Plans Lux Condo Project on Combined Site

Brooklyn, NY-based The Tryad Group purchased a three-story office building formerly used as an Elks Lodge at 21-42 44th Drive in Long Island City, NY. The buyer plans to combine this with an adjoining property it also owns for a planned 74-unit residential and retail condominium.
