Engel Realty Co., a Birmingham based property investment and management company, acquired the seven-tenant South Park Center in Pell City, AL from local owners William Ellison and Bobby Smith Jr of Four Star Realty. The retail property was purchased for $10.3 million, or about $185 per square foot.
