Toronto Firm Reaches Deal with Cortland Partners for Delta Crossing, Cameron at Hickory Grove in East Charlotte

Emma Capital Investments Inc (ECI), a Toronto-based real estate investment company, expanded into the Carolinas with its acquisition of two new multifamily communities in Charlotte for a total of $26.916 million, or approximately $71,000 per unit. In addition to being the company's first investments in the Carolinas, the acquisition marks the company’s 12th and 13th investments in the U.S.
