Roseland Property Co. is now the sole owner of The Chase at Overlook Ridge in Malden, MA after the Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (NYSE: CLI) subsidiary bought out its joint venture partner's interest in the 371-unit community. Completed in early 2014, The Chase at Overlook Ridge is the most recent project to deliver in Roseland's master-planned Overlook Ridge community. The company began construction on the adjacent The Chase II at Overlook Ridge this past November, and once completed will integrate the 292-unit community with The Chase to form a 663-unit residential complex.
