Ari Gelmon, a real estate investment sales broker specializing in multifamily, investment sales, and redevelopment properties across Vancouver, joined Lennard Commercial Realty, Brokerage as vice president in its Vancouver office last month.
He was previously with London Pacific Property Agents Inc. for just over six years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Prior to that, he worked for nearly four years at Marcus & Millichap.
In his new role, Gelmon will focus on advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of development land, multifamily and investment properties.
