California-based life science real estate developer Alexandria Real Estate Equities announced that Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company based in Denmark and the company behind such popular weight-loss medicines as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus, executed a long-term full-building lease at 50-60 Sylvan Road to anchor the Alexandria Center for Life Science – Waltham.
