Scandia Realty Sells Landmark Bldg for $43.8M

ASB Capital Management, a Maryland-based institutional investment management firm, partnered with New York-based real estate company George Comfort & Sons to acquire the Landmark office building at 7 W. 18th St. in New York, NY from Scandia Realty for $43.75 million, or about $911 per square foot.
