First Potomac Sells Cedar Hill I and III, Proceeds to Fund Redemption of 2.2 Million Series A Preferred Shares

Bethesda, MD-based First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE: FPO) sold Cedar Hill I and III at 2216 and 2222 Gallows Rd., respectively, in the Cedar Hill Office Park in Tysons Corner, VA to Boyd Watterson Asset Management for $27.3 million, or approximately $266 per square foot.
