FCP Sells Durham Asset Following Execution of $4.2 Million Redevelopment, Signing of Duke University to 188,000-SF Deal

Lionstone Investments, a privately-owned real estate investment firm based out of Houston, acquired the Erwin Square Plaza at 2200 W. Main St. in downtown Durham, NC from Chevy Chase, MD-based Federal Capital Partners (FCP). Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
