Equus Capital Partner Sells Historic Building in Boston's Financial District

DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City, acquired the 12-story office building at 18 Tremont St. in downtown Boston from Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. for $77.5 million, or approximately $384 per square foot.
