Almost a year after paying $116.7 million for the Ten Almaden building, Newport Beach, CA-based KBS REIT III dipped back into the area just south of the "Innovation Triangle" to acquire the Almaden Financial Plaza, a 415,708-square-foot, three-building office complex located on Almaden Blvd. in downtown San Jose, CA.
