QDelegate
Here’s an app for hoteliers looking to gain a competitive advantage when booking meetings at their properties. QDelegate is a tool that allows hoteliers to communicate more efficiently with meeting attendees. Hoteliers can do so by uploading and providing content to the app such as schedules, presentations, speaker profiles, attendee lists, maps and logistics. Once uploaded, all event-related info will be at attendees’ fingertips and updated by the hotel or event organizer as needed. The app even allows for attendee-to-attendee messaging, which could come in handy if attendees need to step out for a second and don’t want to miss pertinent information.

Livewire’s solutions support all the major mobile platforms such as iOS, Android and Droid, Windows and Blackberry, all from a single code base. HotSOS
HotSOS stands for “hotel service optimization system.” That alone should be a clue as to how this app could benefit multi-hotel owners and operators. HotSOS is the ideal tool to help give hotel guests the best experience possible. HotSOS allows hotel associates to report any problems from any phone throughout the property as they are completing their daily tasks. This allows for problems to get resolved faster before they impact a guest’s stay. HotSOS also generates a guest profile and stay history, making it easier for housekeepers to anticipate their needs. The app claims to have an eight-month ROI. Check out this video from the app creator, MTech, which shows the HotSOS workflow.
