ER Hollywood LLC, an affiliate of foreign investment firm Elevated Returns, purchased an 80 percent stake in the Sunset Tower Hotel at 8358 W. Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood, CA. KKHG Sunset Tower LLC sold the majority stake for $75 million. Investor Jeff Klein still owns a 20 percent stake in the property.
