Joint Venture Sells Famous Hotel to Korean Investment Firm

Several funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, in partnership with Woodridge Capital Partners and Kingdom Holding Co., sold The Fairmont San Francisco to Mirae Asset Global Investments, a financial services company based in Seoul, Korea, for $450 million, or about $760,135 per room.
